THE EXODUS 24 OMEN: TWILIGHT’S LAST GLEAMING

Francis Scott Key originally drafted the words of America’s national anthem. From the water, he observed the British attack and bombard Ft. McHenry in Maryland in September 1814. He was struck by the resiliency of this banner and those who were fighting to defend it. More than 100 years later, this work of poetic writing had been set to music and the combination was officially adopted as the National Anthem:
